Millington, N.J. (My9NJ) - David Bird, a Wall Street Journal reporter, went missing three weeks ago in Millington, N.J.

Bird’s sister-in-law, Chris Fleming took Tamara to the location they believe he went missing.

Chris says the family is staying hopeful.

“We are keeping hopeful, hoping for that miracle.  No negatives so we are staying positive," Fleming says.  "There are new canine teams coming in, the experts and professionals are now out still everyday. Relooking at roadways.”

This is an unusual situation.  Millington is a safe town and David was known to be athletic.  He had run a marathon and a triathlon.  He was also a local Boy Scout leader.

Bird, 55, left his home in Long Hill Township in Morris County at around 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday in January to "take a short walk," Chief Michael Mazzeo of the Long Hill Township Police Department said.

The long-time journalist and father of two is an "avid walker" and known to take walks "at extended miles and for hours," according to Mazzeo.

But Bird, who had a liver transplant nearly 10 years ago, was recovering from a gastrointestinal virus when he left for the walk wearing a red rain jacket, and police fear he may have collapsed in the area surrounding his home, Mazzeo said.

Gerard Baker, the editor in chief of Dow Jones and managing editor of the Wall Street Journal Journal, said in a statement: "Mr. Bird is a longtime member of the Dow Jones newsroom. Our thoughts are with his family and we are working with the Long Hill Township Police Department as they continue their search."

If you have any tips, please call the police.  They are also updating information on Facebook.

StubHub, which is a website that provides services for buyers and sellers for tickets to sporting events, concerts, and other live entertainment events, has been hacked. StubHub is getting a lot of bad press, but the site is really the victim here. The hackers have hacked accounts from other sites, and then used that information to get into the StubHub accounts.
