Baking Time: 40 Min
13.5 oz. All purpose Flour
½ tsp. Salt
18 oz. Milk
1oz Melted Butter
2 oz Butter cut in to small squares
Prepare 2 popover pans by greasing them adding one square off butter in each mold and place in oven for about 2-3 minutes till butter melts and bubbles.
Be careful not to burn the butter in the pan.
Place all the remaining ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment and mix well.
If you do not have a food processor you can do it in a blender.
Fill each pan 2/3 to ¾ full of the batter.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Lower the temperature without opening the oven to 300 and let bake for another 15-20 till golden and done.
