Reward offered in Naperville dumpster fire

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Authorities in west suburban Naperville are offering a $1,000 reward to help solve a dumpster fire Thursday night.

About 10:55 p.m., the suspect or suspects set fire to the dumpster in the 800 block of Benedetti Dr., damaging it and a surrounding fence, according to a release from Naperville Crime Stoppers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. Callers may remain anonymous, and may qualify for a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Naperville police are investigating.
