Brave Three Year Old Girl Saves Her Pregnant Mother's Life
A three-year-old girl from Weymouth, Massachusetts is honored for saving her pregnant mother's life.
Aryanna Lynch was given the Safety Officer's Award at the Weymouth Police Department Wednesday for her heroics last month.
After Lynch's mother, Tiffany, suffered a seizure, the three-year-old was able to successfully unlock her mom's cell phone and dial 9-1-1.
The girl's father had been in the hospital himself at the time battling with a stomach bug.
He was overwhelmed and shocked that she reacted so calmly
"She plays around and downloads apps like that on the phone, but unlocking it, being able to make a phone call, answer a phone call. [Then] unlock the deadbolt on and keep her sister calm, that's amazing," says Aryanna Lynch's father, Kevin Lynch.
Aryanna was also granted a full scholarship to pre-school.
