6 boneless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoon Olive oil blend
12 oz. yellow onions sliced
4 oz. cider vinegar
½ Tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 oz. chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
Lime wedge for garnish
1) Marinate onions in olive oil, vinegar, garlic , salt and pepper for a few hours.
2) In a skillet with a little olive oil, sauté the chicken breasts 5 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning blend. Set aside and prepare the onions.
3) In a separate skillet, sauté the marinated onions over medium heat until wilted and transparent.
4) Add chopped cilantro and serve over the chicken breasts. Garnish with a lime wedge.
