Pennsylvania State Police arrested an Edgmont Township man on Monday after accusations of giving heroin to a 14-year-old.
Matthew Rubin Robbins, 31, is facing numerous charges after a state police investigation. The investigation began on January 27, 2014 when state troopers were called to the school of the 14-year old female after she was appeared to be high on heroin.
Robbins was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
Robbins is in a Delaware County Prison awaiting his scheduled preliminary hearing next week.

The sun returns for the second half of the weekend with a breezy and nice Sunday. Temperatures slowly warm next week as we enjoy days of sunshine and pleasant late summer weather.
