Stolen pyrotechnics from the March Madness Music Festival led to strict security measures for the event.
Only clear bags were allowed, no other bags or purses could be carried into March Madness venues. This was a last minute change that didn't sit well with people who waited in line since early Saturday morning.
On Friday, bags were fine as long as they met the approved size. But the stolen pyrotechnics for fireworks to be used during the music festival caused the NCAA and Dallas Police to make the last minute change.
Organizers say the new rules will apply at Bracket Town and AT&T Stadium as well for the rest of the March Madness Events.
