PHILADELPHIA -

The Philadelphia woman made famous in an identity theft ring as part of "Bonnie and Clyde" appeared in court today.

Joceyln Kirsch entered a "not guilty" plea for violating her probation.

The 28-year-old allegedly violated her probation by shoplifting in California, where she was living, and failing to pay part of her restitution in the Philadelphia case.

The federal Bureau of Prisons says she has been locked up in Philadelphia since April 7th.

She scammed nearly $120,000 along with her former boyfriend. The duo was caught in 2007.

As part of her sentence, Kirsch was sentenced to 5 years in jail, and was not supposed to commit another crime.
