Posted: Updated:
(WJBK) - On Thursday, May 8th, Dining in the Dark Detroit will offer attendees the chance to do just that - to abandon their vision in order to put their remaining senses to the test.
The three-hour experience will feature a delectable three-course dinner presented by Detroit's only Indo-fusion pop-up supper club, Komodo Kitchen, at the Rust Belt Market in Ferndale.
Guests will be masked in a candlelit room, and will immerse themselves in the tastes, aromas, textures and sounds of the Indonesian Islands.
The prix fixe experience - which includes three courses, cucumber water, and a welcome cocktail - is priced at $75 (excluding additional beverages and gratuity), and seating is limited to 150.
