Volunteers are gearing up for this year's Mayfest at Trinity Park in the heart of Fort Worth.
More than 2,000 of them have put up over 250 signs to let event-goers know where to enter, buy coupons, find lost kids, get confetti eggs and so much more. You can't walk 30 feet on the 33 acres without seeing a sign to get you where you need to go.
The event marks the 42nd annual Mayfest.
The fun starts Thursday, May 1 and runs until Sunday night.
The Junior League of Fort Worth founded the fun, family-friendly event. Since 1973, it has given $6.5 million back to the Fort Worth community.
