Police Arrest Two Suspects Involved In Franklin Robbery

Franklin Borough Police have arrested two suspects allegedly involved in a March 18 armed robbery of the Corner Deli at 91 Main Street

The store owner told officials he was threatened with an armed weapon when the suspect demanded money. A male was reported to have left on foot with an undisclosed amount of currency.

Their investigation led to the suspect being found in the Lake Stockholm section of Hardyston, NJ.

The investigation continued with the assistance of the Sussex County Prosecutors Office in Franklin Borough Police Headquarters.

The results of the investigation resulted in the arrest of 22-year old Andrew Fackrell, 22 from Hamburg NJ. He has been charged with first degree armed robbery, weapons possession charges, terroristic threats, and theft.

On April 29, 24-year Andrew W. Zidowsky was arrested for selling narcotics. Detectives say they learned he was not only associated with Andrew Fackrell but participated in the robbery.

He was charged with armed robbery in the first degree as well as theft. His bail was set at $100,000 with no ten percent option.
