“They outdo themselves every time,” Zach Parise said. “It gets better and better every game. Fortunately, we’ve been able to win the games at home but I think that they are such an important part of that, why we’re winning, that energy that’s in the building, that buzz that’s here, it’s so much fun for us to play and really gives us energy and confidence playing here.”

What a face. Parise brings it to 3-0 at 17:25 into the 3rd
.

After two periods of scoreless play, finally, the Justin Fontaine dished a saucer pass to Erik Haula with the first goal of the night that shifted the momentum and got the Wild going.

“We knew we had to win this game, we can’t fall down 3 nothing against that team. We know that we’ve got another really big challenge. We’re not sitting here patting ourselves on the back, we know we’re still not leading this series, they are, and so our goal is to come back and even it up,” head coach Mike Yeo said.

Mikael Granlund also picked up a pair of goals in the third period, the first came from a Jason Pominville pass a little over 2 minutes after Haula's tap-in and then Granlund wrapped up the game with a fourth Wild goal 18:43 into the third period.

Attendance at the X was 19,416 -- the most in franchise history.

The Wild will try to pull off another home win on Friday in Game 4 to make this is a best-of-3 Western Conference semifinal series.
