Fort Worth family welcomes quadruplets

Posted: Updated:
GRAPEVINE, Texas - A North Texas family grew by four this week.

Anna and Joshua Hall of Fort Worth are the proud new parents of quadruplets. Mom gave birth to three girls and one boy at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Grapevine on Monday.

Elle and Ivy are identical, while Sadie and Brooks are fraternal. The Hall quads were born on their father's birthday.

"It's just an overwhelming peace and joy that's come over us knowing they're going to be such a blessing to our family, said Anna Hall. "It's just a gift from God and we're so thankful."

The babies were born at 32 weeks gestation and weighed between 2 and 3 pounds each. Doctors expect the babies to spend the first few weeks of their life in the NICU.

When they go home they'll share a house with big sisters who are ages 2 and 4.

The parents expect to change about 80 diapers a day and a total of 30,000 diapers until the quads are potty trained.
