Tiny Dog Rescued From Busy California Highway

Walnut Creek, CA- A very small dog was stuck in the middle of a very busy highway in Walnut Creek, California, on Friday.

A driver spotted the dog on top of the concrete barrier dividing both directions of travel on Interstate-80.

The California Highway Patrol was able to lure the tiny Chihuahua with a piece of protein bar.

The dog was not injured, but was very scared.

If the owner does not and claim the dog, she will be available at the animal shelter for adoption.
