MDOT looking for 'Road Watchers' to report on construction zones

Posted: Updated:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) wants to know how well highway construction zones are functioning from a user perspective, and is asking you to let us know.

MDOT is asking for "Road Watchers" to volunteer to routinely participate in a short survey on state-owned roadways and report on conditions in work zones they encounter on I, US and M routes.

MDOT will compile the survey results to track the efficiencies of work zones, to determine if the delays are considered reasonable, and if the information provided allowed drivers to be comfortable with the knowledge of what lies ahead.

To volunteer, visit www.michigan.gov/roadwatchers.
