Dallas police charge man accused of nakedly attacking woman in car

Posted: Updated:
A man accused of jumping through a driver’s sunroof in Oak Cliff while naked and then attacking her has been arrested and charged.

Nicholas Dyll, 23, was charged with class A assault and felony criminal mischief on Thursday, according to Dallas police.

Police say Dyll dove headfirst through the victim’s sunroof in the 1400 block of S. Zang Boulevard on May 16, struck the victim in the head and caused her to crash into a utility pole.

“I couldn’t move; it’s like I was paralyzed with fear,” said the victim during an interview with FOX 4 earlier this week.

Two police officers who were in the area saw what happened and apprehended Dyll. Dyll was then taken to a nearby hospital to treat his injuries.

A witness also managed to record video of the incident with his cell phone.

Police arrested Dyll after reviewing evidence and interviewing the victim and witness.
