SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - He was busted for watching porn in public in front of children.

Now, more than a month later, a former school bus driver is busted for doing the same thing.

This time the 60 year-old man is accused of downloading porn at a public library in Scottsdale.

According to court paperwork, the man admitted to downloading hundreds of images of naked girls from the internet while at the Mustang Library in Scottsdale.

What makes this case more disturbing is that he was on felony release, recently arrested for another incident where he's accused of exposing kids to porn.

"That really scares me because I bring them almost every day so they can do something in the library," said Ericka Page.

Scottsdale parents are shocked at the thought of not only having a potential sexual predator near their kids but at what their kids could have been exposed to.

"I don't need them to see what's going on as they're walking by," said Pam Kaye.

60 year-old Murat Alev lives in Gilbert. Court records show he was at a Scottsdale library on Tuesday when he allegedly downloaded child porn at a computer workstation.

That computer is not out of service because detectives took the hard drive as evidence.

Alev told investigators he was at the Scottsdale library because their computers do not filter as well as other libraries.

"Not just our filtering system, but any filtering system can be corrupted and gotten into by people who are very determined to do so," said Melissa Orr.

"Well, they need to better their filter system," said Kaye.

Before this incident at the Mustang Library, the former school bus driver was arrested in April for looking at porn on a computer at Starbucks where kids could see it. He was ordered to wear an ankle bracelet, and that's how his probation officer knew he was at the library.

Alev was arrested in April on charges of furnishing obscene material to minors. Court records in that case reveal that a mother saw what was on Alev's laptop and her children were able to see completely nude women and men performing sexual acts.

Managers at the Mustang Library do not believe children were exposed to pornographic images. Even the people hired to monitor such things didn't notice his activity.

"Some very small thumbnails were coming up so that was why it was very difficult to see, what images did come up were very tiny," said Orr.

Still parents say they're going to keep a closer eye on their kids and the computer screens around them.

"This sort of thing should not go on at a public library," said Kaye.

After the library incident, Alev was taken into custody by his probation officer for violating the terms of his release. He wasn't supposed to be using computers or on the internet.

He was an employee of the Gilbert Unified School District, but he was terminated as an employee last month.
