This auction will be conducted utilizing an Open Competitive Bidding Process and a Sealed Bidding Process.

Open Competitive Bidding Process:
The Bidder is informed of the highest bid made for that property. This permits a Bidder to offer a higher bid up to the close of the sale for that property. Additionally, the Bidder may offer a Proxy Bid. A Proxy Bid authorizes the system to bid for a Bidder up to the Bidder’s Proxy Bid. The properties have been grouped together into ‘batches’ of approximately 25 parcels. Each batch will close at a specific time. See our “Bidding Rules”.

Sealed Bidding Process:
The Bidder is unaware of the existence of any other bids for a property. A bid may be entered on a property until the final close of the auction. See our “Bidding Rules”.
