Tickets on sale Tuesday for Chicago Bears Meijer Family Fest

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Tickets go on sale Tuesday for the 2014 Chicago Bears Meijer Family Fest presented by Chase.

Tickets for the event can be purchased starting at 11 a.m. The event will take place Saturday August 2 at Soldier Field. Fans will have the chance to see the Beats practice, as well as a firework show afterwards.

Tickets cost $8 to $12 and are available by phone (800-745-3000), Internet and all Ticketmaster outlets. Seating for the event must be reserved.

Group tickets can also be purchased by 20 people or more. To buy group tickets, contact the Bears Ticket Office at 847-615-2327.

Outside stadium activities are expected to begin at 3 p.m., which includes a live band, radio station broadcasts, kids’ activities, giveaways and more! The gates to Soldier Field will open at 5 p.m.

Introductions for the Bears’ players will start at 6:30, with their practice beginning at 6:45 p.m. The night will end with a live fireworks show.

Fans will be able to purchase merchandise and souvenirs. Fans will also be able to head down to the field after practice, meet some players and get an autograph.
