Last day of the 80s... then 90s return and won't budge

Posted: Updated:
The showers and thunderstorms that woke many North Texans up this morning have either dissipated or moved south. All we're left with are clouds and sticky and humid conditions. Temps today will warm up into the upper 80s and low 90s with a stray shower possible developing, especially to the south, but most areas will remain dry.

Tonight, still humid but temps will get back down into the low and mid 70s for lows with light winds and dry conditions.

Winds pick up to start the weekend on Saturday as highs get back into the low 90s... and then stay that way all the way through next weekend with rain chances few and far between.
