One person is in critical condition after a car with two people inside plunged off a bridge in Fort Worth early Friday morning.
The crash occurred shortly before 5 a.m. in the 900 block of NE 28th street, in northwest Fort Worth.
Police said just before they were about to get on the bridge, the driver lost control, hit the curb and plunged about 25 feet into a dry creek bed.
Firefighters had to extricate the women, both in their 20's, from the mangled white sedan.
Police said the passenger sustained the most serious injuries and is in critical condition at JPS Hospital. The driver has non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators don't think alcohol or speed were factors and believe driver fatigue likely caused the crash.
