NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

True to his character in 'Games of Thrones,' actor, director, writer Jason Momoa visited the set of Good Day New York on Wednesday wearing leather and showing off his bulging biceps.

Momoa says he keeps fit with a personal trainer and adapts his physique to the roles he's cast for. In his latest film, 'Road to Paloma,' Mamoa shares the screen with actress and wife, Lisa Bonet.

"We wrote it for her in mind. It’s just beautiful. These two characters fall in love. The movie lead to the Red Road, the TV show on Sundance; we're on that, too," said Momoa.

The movie is based on true events and is co-written by Robert Mulligan.

"At the heart of it is an injustice that happens on a Native American reservation. Tribal law can’t prosecute anyone who is non-native. What would you do?” said Momoa.

"Road to Paloma' is showing in New York City. It is also available on iTunes and on DVD on July 14.
