Man wanted for robbing Plano bank

PLANO, Texas - Police in Plano need help finding the man who robbed a bank Monday afternoon.

According to a release from the Plano Police Department, it happened just before 3 p.m. at an unspecified bank on West Parker Road near the Dallas North Tollway.

The suspect handed the teller a note demanding money. The teller complied and then the suspect fled the scene on foot.

He is described as a white male who is between 18 and 22 years of age. He was about 5 feet 5 inches tall and had a heavy build. He also had curly brown or red hair, glasses, acne, a strong body odor and a nervous demeanor.

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark blue patterned polo-style shirt, dark pants, white shoes and a brown and green baseball cap with an unknown logo.

Anyone who recognizes him in surveillance photos is encouraged to call the police department.
