CARROLLTON, Texas -
A former Carrollton private school administrator has been accused of sexually assaulting four teenage boys.
David Paul Green, 66, was arrested Thursday at his home in Wills Point, Texas.
He was charged with four counts of sexual assault with a child and one count of indecency with a child. An assault charge against him is also pending.
Green co-founded and began teaching at St. Anthony School in Carrollton in 1998. He retired in 2010.
Police said in the past few months four former students have come forward with allegations of assaults that happened at Green's home between 2000 and 2006. The alleged victims were between 14 and 16 years old at the time.
In a statement, St. Anthony School's owner said he is just now learning about Green's arrest.
"I have not been in communication with Mr. Green for a number of years since his retirement. I am angry and deeply disturbed by Mr. Green's actions," Tony Cinquepalmi said.
Cinquepalmi said he considers the safety of the school's students, staff and families a priority. All staff members must undergo a background check annually, he said.
Green more recently was the executive director for San Marcos School in Plano, but he reportedly closed the school in May because of health reasons.
