"Jersey Shore" reality TV star Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino is in legal trouble again.
He and his brother, Marc, have been sued by their former attorney who claims they bounced checks and owe $29,000 legal fees.
The lawsuit alleges the firm is owed $29,175.20 for legal services and seeks reimbursement for two bounced checks, according to The Asbury Park Press. The lawsuit comes as the Sorrentino family, now starring in their own reality series, prepare to open a second Boca Tanning Club in Manalapan.
Sorrentino gained notoriety with the debut of MTV's "Jersey Shore" since years ago that portrayed the wild antics of a group of tourists living in a house in Seaside Heights.
A grand opening of the tanning salon at 357 Route 9 soutbound in the Town Pointe Center in Manalapan, is scheduled for Saturday, according to The Asbury Park Press.
