FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. - A young Georgia girl battling cancer has a smile so infectious it has people from across the world sending her smiling photos.

12-year-old Kylie Myers is fighting a type of bone cancer. When she was diagnosed four months ago her family created a social media campaign called “Smiley for Kylie”

“Even though it is so hard in the hospital and I think I can’t do it, then my family is there and all these people, it’s been really inspiring that people have taken time to support me,” says Kylie Myers.

Smiley for Kylie has drawn the attention of thousands: U.S. Senators, Georgia’s Governor and celebrities like Pharrell Williams and Kristin Chenoweth have posted pictures of themselves smiling holding a sign that’s says “Smiley for Kylie”.  Kylie’s mother Robin Myers says their family has been taken back by the support.

“it really has carried us on days when there were not a lot of things to smile about it, to see people reach out to her has been really amazing,” says Robin Myers.

Kylie says all the well wished motivates her to keep fighting.
