Remember last week when highs were in the 80s? That was nice. Say goodbye to cooler-than-average and hello to a string of triples that will be our longest so far this year.
Today, a high of 99° with partly cloudy skies and a 10-20% chance of rain (especially north) this afternoon. Winds will be out of the south 8-12 mph and the heat index will be 101-104°.
Friday begins a possible 6-day triple digit streak with the next chance of rain coming at the beginning of next week... but it won't budge temps.
