Controversial Anti-Obesity Ad Sparks Fat Shaming Debate

Posted: Updated:

A controversial anti-obesity ad is getting a lot of attention. It's been viewed more than three million times and is sparking an intense discussion about weight and overeating.

The video's creators say they were aiming to help people particularly parents become aware of obesity and encourage them to make lifestyle changes.

However, some experts say the video carries a potentially off-putting message and could be considered fat shaming.
